Question about The Great Mystery of the Google Search Engine
SEO Consultants in Denver – Question:
How often does Google in particular update its index lists and update the search results?
SEO Consultants in Denver – Reply:
Although Google will of course never reveal the exact methodology or timing, it appears that the engines are more or less constantly updated. In my obervations over the past few weeks, it seems that after the Google.bot crawl, there is a period of two to four hours before any changes appear for sites that are indexed. The search results reset for a period of a couple hours around mid-day – and then reset again towards the evening hours. The evening results are usually closer to the original search results at the beginning of each day.
We’ve seen some major changes over the weekends too, so the engines may be doing some more detailed index processing when search traffic in some areas might be lower.
The short answer then is, “Google updates its results all the time.” You just have to watch and observe for searches in your niche.
It’s really awesome how Google managed to be in rank 1 well in fact it was one of the latest search engines created. I totally agree that the answer is just that Google updates its results all the time that’s why they manage to be and stay on first rank.
