This is all a long way of saying that small and localized business serving only certain georaphic areas can and should utilize SEO to attract new business.  A web page that appears when potential customers experience that critical need puts that organization in a prime position to earn a new client.   Being available and informative when the critical need arises and customers research your product or service on the internet can drive significant sales to your organization.
